Brooks Gillespie
Brooks has been writing music for as long as she can remember, but only began taking her music seriously in the Fall of 2020, when she began writing consistently on piano and guitar. While Brooks is primarily an indie singer/songwriter who uses music to process her own emotions and experiences, she has also composed for musical theatre, written music for plays, taught songwriting to children and peers, and led songwriting masterclasses with artists like Jensen McRae and Carol Ades. Brooks is currently taking songwriting lessons with Olivia Barton and is excited to begin releasing music in the near future.
